Privacy Policy

Bbong Online Family ("the Service") handles your data as follows.

The same account and friend rooms are shared with future Bbong editions from the same developer.

What we collect — a randomly generated account identifier and auto-generated nickname for guests; your Google account identifier and email address if you sign in with Google; your Apple account identifier, plus an email address where Apple provides one, if you sign in with Apple (iOS); game records (results, level, and weekly ranking data — score and games played); and connection info — timestamps, general device/browser data, the device identifier (iOS vendor identifier · Android device ID) and your IP address — for operations and abuse prevention. One social sign-in can be linked per account.
Ads — the app shows a single interstitial ad and one optional rewarded ad (the point recovery button in the lobby), and the Google AdMob SDK collects a device advertising identifier, ad request and display records, and error diagnostics to serve them. Ads are requested as non-personalized only, and this data is never used to track you across other apps or websites, which is why iOS shows no tracking-consent prompt. The rewarded ad only gives back part of the points you lost; it never grants anything of cash value.
What we don't collect — real names, phone numbers, addresses, precise location, or payment details.
Why — to run the game, keep your account and match history, prevent abuse, and answer support requests.
Retention — data is kept while the Service operates. You can delete your account in the app under Profile → Account → Delete account: you are signed out immediately, any Google or Apple link is detached at once (so that account can be linked to a new one right away), and the deleted account cannot be restored. The remaining data is kept for 30 days and then purged automatically, the same for guest and linked accounts alike. Past games keep the seat in an anonymous, non-identifying form so other players' records stay intact. You can also email us instead — include the user ID shown in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
Sharing — we do not sell or share personal data. Hosting is entrusted to Fly.io (game server) and Cloudflare (web pages), and ads are served by Google AdMob (non-personalized).
Children — the Service is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect their data.
