나이롱뽕 패밀리 — 계정 및 데이터 삭제 안내

같은 개발자가 앞으로 내놓을 다른 '나이롱뽕' 앱과 같은 계정과 친구방을 함께 쓰므로, 계정을 삭제하면 그 앱들에서도 함께 사라집니다.

삭제 요청 방법

계정 삭제는 앱에서 직접 하실 수 있습니다.

1. 앱을 실행하고 프로필 → 계정 → 계정 삭제를 차례로 누르세요.
2. 안내를 확인한 뒤 확인을 누르면 그 자리에서 삭제가 처리됩니다.

앱을 열 수 없는 상황이라면 이메일로도 요청하실 수 있습니다.

1. 게임 화면 우측 하단에 표시되는 이용자 ID(예: ID 1a2b3c4d)를 확인하세요.
2. jguddnjs@gmail.com 으로 제목 "계정 삭제 요청"과 함께 이용자 ID를 보내 주세요. 구글 또는 애플 계정으로 로그인해 이용하셨다면 해당 이메일로 보내 주시면 본인 확인이 됩니다.
3. 요청 확인 후 7일 이내에 삭제를 완료하고 회신드립니다.

삭제되는 데이터

파기 시점

• 삭제를 확인하는 즉시 로그아웃되고, 연동해 두신 구글·애플 계정 연동이 그 자리에서 해제됩니다. 연동이 풀리므로 같은 구글·애플 계정으로 곧바로 새 계정을 만들어 연동하실 수 있습니다.
• 삭제한 계정은 다시 되살릴 수 없습니다. 전적과 순위 기록을 포함해 이전 계정의 내용은 이어지지 않습니다.
• 남은 데이터는 30일간 보관한 뒤 자동으로 파기됩니다. 보관 기간은 분쟁 대응과 부정행위 조사를 위한 것이며, 게스트 계정과 연동 계정에 똑같이 적용됩니다.

남는 데이터

함께 플레이한 다른 이용자의 전적이 깨지지 않도록, 지난 게임 기록에서 해당 좌석은 이용자 정보가 지워진 익명 상태로만 남습니다. 닉네임을 포함해 개인을 식별할 수 있는 정보는 남지 않습니다.

Account & Data Deletion (English)

App: Bbong Online Family (나이롱뽕 패밀리) · Developer: Yogoloper

The same account and friend rooms are shared with future Bbong editions from the same developer, so deleting your account removes it from those too.

How to delete: delete your account yourself in the app — open Profile → Account → Delete account and confirm. Deletion is processed on the spot.

If you cannot open the app, you can ask us by e-mail instead:

1. Find your user ID shown in the bottom-right corner of the game screen (e.g. ID 1a2b3c4d).
2. Email jguddnjs@gmail.com with the subject "Account deletion" and your user ID. If you signed in with Google or Apple, sending from that address verifies ownership.
3. Deletion is completed within 7 days of confirmation, with a reply to you.

Deleted: account identifier, linked Google/Apple account info (identifier and e-mail), nickname, avatar/frame settings, level/XP, all match records, your weekly ranking records, and the device identifier and IP addresses we logged.

When it happens: you are signed out immediately and any linked Google or Apple account is detached at once, so that same Google or Apple account can be linked to a new account right away. A deleted account cannot be restored — match history and ranking records do not carry over. The remaining data is kept for 30 days and then purged automatically, the same for guest and linked accounts alike; that window exists for dispute handling and abuse investigation.

What remains: so that other players' records stay intact, past games keep the seat in an anonymous form with all account information stripped. Nothing identifying, including the nickname, remains.
