Account & Data Deletion

App: Bbong Online Family (나이롱뽕 패밀리) · Developer: Yogoloper

The same account and friend rooms are shared with future Bbong editions from the same developer, so deleting your account removes it from those too.

How to delete: delete your account yourself in the app — open Profile → Account → Delete account and confirm. Deletion is processed on the spot.

If you cannot open the app, you can ask us by e-mail instead:

Find your user ID shown in the bottom-right corner of the game screen (e.g. ID 1a2b3c4d).
Email jguddnjs@gmail.com with the subject "Account deletion" and your user ID. If you signed in with Google or Apple, sending from that address verifies ownership.
Deletion is completed within 7 days of confirmation, with a reply to you.

Deleted: account identifier, linked Google/Apple account info (identifier and e-mail), nickname, avatar/frame settings, level/XP, all match records, your weekly ranking records, and the device identifier and IP addresses we logged.

When it happens: you are signed out immediately and any linked Google or Apple account is detached at once, so that same Google or Apple account can be linked to a new account right away. A deleted account cannot be restored — match history and ranking records do not carry over. The remaining data is kept for 30 days and then purged automatically, the same for guest and linked accounts alike; that window exists for dispute handling and abuse investigation.

What remains: so that other players' records stay intact, past games keep the seat in an anonymous form with all account information stripped. Nothing identifying, including the nickname, remains.
