게임 화면 우측 하단에 표시되는 이용자 ID(예: ID 1a2b3c4d)를 함께 적어 주세요. 계정을 찾는 데 필요합니다.
어떤 기기(예: 갤럭시 S24, 아이폰 15)와 어떤 상황에서 생긴 일인지 적어 주시면 훨씬 빨리 해결됩니다.

자주 묻는 것

순위 점수는 어떻게 오르나요?

맞춤게임 한 판이 끝나면 그 판에서 받은 등수만큼 승점이 오르내립니다. 6인 판은 +3부터 −3까지, 4인 판은 +2·+1·−1·−2입니다. 한 판의 합이 0이라 많이 한다고 점수가 부풀지 않습니다. 한 판만 해도 순위에 오르고, 월요일 0시에 이번 주 승점이 0에서 다시 시작합니다(전체 누적 승점은 이어집니다). 로비 넷째 카드 명예의 전당에서 상위 100명과 내 자리를 보실 수 있습니다. 연습과 친구방은 순위에 집계하지 않습니다.

순위 점수를 사거나 바꿀 수 있나요?

없습니다. 순위 점수는 기록일 뿐이라 현금 가치가 없고 환전·양도·출금되지 않습니다. 게임 안에 걸거나 사고파는 항목도 없습니다.

광고는 언제 뜨나요?

로비에서 모드를 고른 직후에만 전면 광고가 가끔 한 번 뜹니다. 판이 도는 중에는 뜨지 않습니다. 맞춤 광고는 요청하지 않습니다.

이와 별개로 로비에 승점 되찾기 버튼이 뜰 때가 있습니다. 광고를 한 편 보면 방금 판에서 잃은 승점을 돌려받거나(하루 5회까지), 이번 주 승점이 음수일 때 일부를 복구합니다(하루 2회까지). 어느 쪽도 잃은 만큼을 넘겨 주지 않습니다 — 하지 않은 판의 승점이 광고로 생기지는 않습니다. 사거나 환전할 수 있는 것도 없습니다.

불쾌한 상대를 만났습니다

프로필 → 계정 탭의 [신고]·[차단 목록] 버튼에서 최근 상대를 신고하거나 차단하실 수 있습니다. 차단하면 서로 같은 방에 앉지 않습니다. 게임 중에는 설정 시트의 신고·차단 항목에서도 같은 일을 하실 수 있습니다.

게임 도중에 연결이 끊겼습니다

다시 접속하시면 원래 자리로 돌아갑니다. 자리를 비운 동안에는 AI 봇이 대신 진행해 같이 하던 분들의 판이 끊기지 않습니다.

계정을 삭제하고 싶습니다

앱의 프로필 → 계정 → 계정 삭제에서 직접 삭제하실 수 있습니다. 자세한 절차와 삭제되는 항목은 계정 및 데이터 삭제 안내를 참고해 주세요.

구글로 로그인했더니 전적이 안 보입니다

게스트 계정과 새로 만든 구글 계정은 서로 다른 계정입니다. 게스트로 쌓은 기록을 그대로 이어가시려면, 게스트로 접속한 상태에서 프로필 → 계정에서 구글 계정을 연동해 주세요. 이미 따로 만드셨다면 두 계정의 이용자 ID와 함께 문의해 주시면 확인해 드리겠습니다.

규칙을 잘 모르겠습니다

첫 화면 오른쪽 위 물음표 버튼 → 설명서·튜토리얼에서 8개 레슨으로 규칙을 처음부터 익히실 수 있습니다. 뽕·자연뽕·족보·스톱·바가지를 한 단계씩 따라 하며 배우는 구성입니다.

Weekly ranking — finish a quick match and your points move by the place you took at that table: +3 down to −3 in a six-player game, +2, +1, −1, −2 in a four-player game. Every table adds up to zero, so playing more never inflates a score. One game puts you on the board, and the weekly column restarts from zero each Monday while lifetime points carry on. The fourth card in the lobby opens the Hall of Fame and its top 100. Points are a record only: they have no cash value and cannot be bought, exchanged, transferred, or withdrawn, and there is nothing to buy in the game.
Ads — a single full-screen ad appears now and then right after you pick a mode in the lobby, never during a game. Ads are non-personalized. Separately, a button in the lobby may offer one optional ad that wins back points a recent game took off you (up to five a day) or lifts a week that has gone negative (up to twice a day). Neither can carry you above what you lost, so no amount of watching buys points you did not play for, and nothing can be purchased or cashed out.
Reporting and blocking — report or block a recent opponent from the Account tab, or from the in-game settings sheet. Blocking is mutual, so you are never seated together again.
Disconnections — sign back in and you return to your seat; an AI bot plays for you meanwhile so the other players' game keeps going.
Account deletion — delete it yourself in the app under Profile → Account → Delete account. See Account & Data Deletion for what is removed.
